The last few years have been very difficult for me personally, I have had to endure no end of hounding from the Trading Standards and made a bogey man and put on show for the media mongrels to have thier fill. Iv’e been called Britains Worst Rogue Trader and featured in every national newspaper for one thing or another. I’ve been subject to huge police raids by the Trading Standards which is usually followed by the greasy media machine that jumps to thier every request. The reason? Allegedly I was the most complained about independant trader in the country, I had 50,000 complaints against me, 50,000! Even I thought I was Britains worst rogue trader, but none of these figures added up, it was just not physically possible.

Thankfully my legal team forced an admission from Trading Standards, it was’nt 50,000 complaints, really? Well how many is it then? Prior to the f*** up Trading Standard dubbed ‘Operation Church’ - very dramamtic, I had only 73 complaints over a period of 12 months prior to that day. I had sold around 25-30,000 kitchens last year, of which I had 73 complaints, thats right just 73, they are important to me and I have visted as many of these people personally to resolve thier issues but give me a break, from 50,000 to 73? now that just pissed me off.

So they raiding my premises with 130 police officers, making me go on watchdog 4 times to question me, splash my mugshot on every national paper and internet news site and turned me into the ‘Kitchen Gangster’; all because I had 73 complaints out of 25,000+ sales? And what did the main man Mr Tony Allen Head of Trading Standards have to say when the same newspapers asked him about the new figures? Oh i must have got my numbers mixed up, No s*** you got your numbers mixed up!

And ontop of all this negative publicity, my home was first raided, firebombed, my workforce subject to a series of armed robberies, I was arrested for performing a Citizens Arrest and had to leg it from the police, and a whole load of other unpleasant situations that caused no end of agro to me and my customers!

Anyway i’m not bitter, businesses is booming, the media find my episode very interesting and are doing a great PR job for me. My factories in China are becoming famous and my workforce is expanding faster than ever before. I can give more to my orphans in Seirra Leone and I can spend more time with my son Kent. All in all things are slowly turning around and i’m grateful for the continuing support from my freinds, family and satisfied customers.
